2009-03-17 More Samples and Tutorials

We have added to more samples to the demo application. One showcases stacked area chart usage and the other demonstrates how to bind the line chart control to a data source and update it dynamically.

We have also added 2 line chart walkthroughs to the documetation available online or as Windows help file download.
